2. Will I learn HTML or any programming?

No, you will learn how to manage the process and the teams needed to build websites or apps. You can use great sites like Lynda.com, Teamtreehouse.com or CodeAcademy.com for that.

3. Do I need to know HTML or Photoshop?,

You don’t. You can learn the process without knowing those tools. But if you want to follow along with the class exercises it helps to have a basic knowledge of word processing and
